The Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of ADGM would like to alert the financial services community and members of the public about the websites at URL: https://exinityxe.cc and https://exinityx.com (the Websites).
It came to the FSRA’s attention that the URL of the Websites closely imitate the website of Exinity ME Ltd (Exinity) trading as Nemo, an entity that is regulated by the FSRA.
The FSRA is concerned that the Websites may mislead potential investors and the public to believe that the Websites belong to Exinity.
The FSRA advises the public that the Websites are not associated with Exinity and that the operators of the Websites are not licensed or authorised to carry on Regulated Activities in or from the ADGM.
The FSRA believes that the Websites are intended to defraud investors and members of the public.
