From Grade A offices in ADGM Square, to business centres and commercial towers. Access a wide range of services including visas and permits, through the ACCESSADGM portal. Understand more about ADGM’s obligations and compliance and find useful documents as an operating entity. ADGM partners with several company services providers who submit and manage incorporation applications with the Registrar, and support ongoing filings on behalf of the business. ADGM’s registered auditors are responsible for reinforcing and maintaining trust in financial reporting to ensure transparency and integrity of businesses operating in the jurisdiction. ADGM continuously issues documentation and notices to guide its financial businesses on reporting obligations and adopts a risk-based approach to regulation. ADGM takes a strong commitment towards AML/CFT, and compliance with international tax reporting obligations, in order to minimise exposure to risk across business transactions. ADGM offers additional services for both registered entities and third parties. These services include: Visa & Government services, licensing, permits, etc. Promoting the importance of data protection and upholding the rights of individuals and their personal data, not only for ADGM entities but to the general public. Overseeing the Employment Regulations by providing guidance, stakeholder liaison and best practice on employment matters. ADGM’s insolvency framework is aligned with international best practice, and its insolvency practitioners provides greater protection for both insolvent parties and creditors. Responsible for maintaining and enhancing ADGM’s reputation as a reliable, credible and attractive jurisdiction for business activities. ADGM’s IT risk management framework sets out the requirements and guidance for firms to implement robust controls in ensuring their information technology (IT) systems are capable of addressing the risks arising from adopting fast-evolving technologies.
