    The Registration Authority publishes regulatory alerts about potential misconduct such as fraud (e.g. scams) or unlicensed activities in order to inform investors and the public, so that they may take action to protect themselves from harm.

    The RA also publishes regulatory alerts about specific ADGM firms to clarify public information it has become aware of, including the regulatory status of the ADGM firm.
