FSRA publishes miscellaneous amendments to its regulatory framework

Following Consultation Paper No. 4 of 2019 Proposed miscellaneous amendments to FSRA Regulations and Rules, the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) announced the enactment of miscellaneous amendments to the FSRA’s regulations and rules. The enhancements and improvements are part of ADGM's ongoing commitment to continuously improve its framework, in a manner which balances risk based regulations with the needs of market participants.
