FSRA publishes amendments to its prudential regulatory framework

Following Consultation Paper No. 5 of 2019, “Updates to the Prudential – Investment, Insurance Intermediation and Banking Rulebook”, the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) announced the enactment of amendments to the FSRA’s rules. The amendments are part of ADGM's ongoing commitment to continually improve its prudential regulatory framework, in a manner which balances risk-based regulations with the needs of market participants.
