ADGM FSRA revises fees for late submission of regulatory returns

Following a period of public consultation that ended on 18 April 2022, the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) has introduced revised fees where regulatory returns are submitted after their due date. The proposals detailed in the consultation paper have been modified in the light of responses to the consultation by (i) adopting a flat fee of US $500 where a regulatory return has become overdue and (ii) narrowing the scope of the regulatory returns that are subject to that fee.
