ADGM FSRA: Today
The Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of ADGM has published Consultation Paper No. 6 of 2026 (Consultation Paper), which sets out proposed amendments to the Fees Rulebook and the General Rulebook.
When the FSRA last considered its fees, it carried over market infrastructure activities for future review. These proposals complete that assessment by updating the fees paid by Recognised Bodies and by operators of Multilateral Trading Facilities and Organised Trading Facilities, and introducing a supervision fee for Securities admitted to the Official List.
The FSRA identified related areas to be addressed in the interests of a fair and efficient market as part of this review. The Consultation Paper also includes proposed increases in the fee for late Regulatory Filings, clarification of the fees for varying a Financial Services Permission, and provides guidance on certain change-in-control applications and applications for variations of permission.
The proposed amendments reflect the increasing size and maturity of the ADGM market and will be of interest to Authorised Persons, Recognised Bodies and DNFBPs in particular.
