The Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of ADGM has finalised a regulatory framework for the staking of Virtual Assets (“VAs”).
The formalisation of this framework follows industry engagement and consideration of the feedback received on Consultation Paper No. 10 of 2025.
The framework outlines the categories of Authorised Person permitted to carry on staking activities using their Clients’ VAs and the requirements governing such activities.
