Breakfast is served from 9 am to midday on weekdays and until 1 pm at weekends: Wagyu Steak and Eggs with shoestring fries, French Toast Brulé with house peanut-almond butter.
The set lunch runs Monday to Friday, noon until 3.30pm. One plate from the grill - Mibrasa Salmon, Wagyu Striploin Tagliata, Baby Chicken, Lamb Skewers or Grilled Cauliflower - with warm buns and spread, and a signature starter for those who want one.
By evening the fire has the room. Aged Scottish salmon with leeks and mashed potato, Côte de Boeuf of grain-fed Black Angus on the bone, baby chicken off the charcoal with romesco. Alongside them, a Sicilian artichoke salad with the hearts both fresh and deep-fried, and flatbreads layered with cecina and nduja butter.
The bar keeps its own hours. Siesta Hour borrows the Balearic habit of slowing an afternoon down, with cocktails named after the places behind them, Monday to Saturday from 3.30pm until 7.30pm. The Alchemist's Atlas works with older ingredients, and The Zero Meridian is a full non-alcoholic list made with the same care.
