The Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of ADGM has published Consultation Paper No. 10 of 2024 setting out proposed miscellaneous amendments to its administered Regulations, Rules and Guidance.
The proposed miscellaneous amendments result from the FSRA’s desire to simplify, clarify and correct certain requirements where appropriate and necessary, but are also in response to the FSRA’s experience of operating such legislation in practice.
