    Insolvency Regulations 2015

    The Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) has announced amendments to the Insolvency Regulations 2015.

    The amendments to the Insolvency Regulations enhance the ADGM’s insolvency framework by providing additional flexibility for administrators following the execution of a deed of company arrangement used to restructure an insolvent company.

    The amended version of the Insolvency Regulations 2015 is publicly available and has been uploaded to the ADGM website. Please visit the dedicated webpage: Insolvency Regulations 2015 (Amendments).
