- Schedule of Contraventions and amendments to its commercial fines framework announced
The Board of the Abu Dhabi Global Market has approved the publication of a Schedule of Contraventions which identifies all contraventions and applicable fines in under ADGM’s regulations and rules and the enactment of amendments to the Commercial Licensing Regulations 2015 (Fines) Rules 2020.
