Regulatory Request for Information (RFI) Portal

This portal is intended for:

• Financial Regulatory Authorities
• Supervisory Authorities
• Enforcement Authorities
• Central Banks
• Government Authorities
• Other Competent Authorities exercising regulatory, supervisory or enforcement functions

If you are not a competent authority, please direct your enquiry to fsra@adgm.com.

• You are authorised to submit the request on behalf of your authority.
• The request supports a legitimate regulatory, supervisory, authorisation, registration, prudential, enforcement or investigative purpose.
• You have clearly described the information being requested.
• You have provided sufficient information to identify the relevant subject.
• You have included supporting documentation where appropriate.
• You have provided accurate contact details for any follow-up enquiries.

Incomplete requests may delay processing.

Requests are considered in accordance with applicable legal gateways, including statutory powers, bilateral or multilateral Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), the IOSCO Multilateral Memorandum of Understanding (IOSCO MMoU) where applicable, regulatory cooperation arrangements, confidentiality requirements and other applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Each request is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Information exchanged through this portal may be subject to professional secrecy obligations, statutory confidentiality requirements and other applicable legal restrictions.

The existence of a request, the contents of a request and any information exchanged may be treated as confidential.

Requesting Authorities are expected to maintain the confidentiality of information received from the FSRA and to use such information solely for the purpose specified in the request unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Where disclosure may be required by law, the Requesting Authority should, where legally permissible, consult the FSRA prior to any such disclosure.

Before submitting a request, authorities are encouraged to review publicly available information where appropriate.

Public information may be available through the ADGM website, FSRA Public Register, published notices and other publicly accessible sources.
