Listing Authority
Listing Authority
An efficient and transparent offering and continuous disclosure framework is central to the operation and success of Securities markets. The FSRA has developed a best-in-class offer and listing regime that allows a wide range of Issuers to raise capital, and in which Reporting Entities keep the markets in their Securities fully informed, in a risk-appropriate manner.
The Listing Authority seeks to ensure that markets operating in ADGM do so in an efficient, fair, transparent and orderly manner in order to build and maintain investor confidence. To achieve this the Listing Authority is responsible for:
- The review and approval of prospectuses issued by Issuers;
- The review and approval of applications for admission to, and the maintenance of, the Official List of Securities; and
- Monitoring, and enforcing, its Continuous Disclosure framework, whereby disclosures are made by Reporting Entities.
