Dialogue on the SIAC Rules Revision
The SIAC Rules revision process has been ongoing and is aimed at better serving the needs of businesses, financial institutions and governments that use SIAC. The upcoming seventh edition of the SIAC Rules will introduce state-of-the-art revisions to better cater to the evolving needs and profiles of SIAC users. In this session, SIAC will discuss the various proposals for reform and seek the international arbitration community’s feedback on what is desired in the upcoming set of SIAC rules.
