Whistleblowing Channel
Speaking up is constructive and helps to build an open and honest culture of trust, integrity, transparency, and accountability. The purpose of this Whistleblowing Channel is to confidentially receive reports of reasonably suspected illegal or unethical conduct by ADGM, its staff or officers. Reports relating to entities regulated by the Financial Services Regulation Authority or Registration Authority are received for and on behalf of those authorities. Alternatively: All reports and therewith associated information will be treated with strict confidentiality and individuals have an option to remain anonymous.
