The complainant must be the affected consumer or a legally authorised representative acting on their behalf.
يجب أن يكون مقدم الشكوى هو المستهلك المتضرر أو ممثلاً قانونياً مفوضاً عنه.
The ADGM Consumer Protection Regulations 2025 apply only to retail activities. Therefore, complaints related to sectors such as real estate, banking, insurance, construction, or other professional services are outside the scope of these Regulations and will not be accepted through this form.
تنطبق لائحة حماية المستهلك في سوق أبوظبي العالمي فقط على أنشطة البيع بالتجزئة. وبناءً عليه، فإن الشكاوى المتعلقة بقطاعات مثل العقارات، البنوك، التأمين، المقاولات، أو غيرها من الخدمات المهنية، تقع خارج نطاق هذه اللائحة، ولن يتم قبولها من خلال هذا النموذج.
Consumers must provide a purchase invoice, contract, or other supporting documents relevant to the complaint.
يجب على المستهلك تقديم فاتورة الشراء أو العقد أو أي مستندات داعمة ذات صلة بالشكوى.
The business or seller must be licensed by the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and operate within Al Maryah Island or Al Reem Island. Complaints involving businesses outside ADGM should be submitted through the appropriate local authority (e.g., TAMM – Consumer Protection).
يشترط أن يكون التاجر أو الجهة المشكو ضدها مرخصة من قبل سوق أبوظبي العالمي، وتمارس نشاطها داخل جزيرة المارية أو جزيرة الريم فقط. الشكاوى المتعلقة بجهات أو أنشطة تجارية خارج هذا النطاق الجغرافي يجب تقديمها من خلال الجهة المحلية المختصة مثل تم – حماية المستهلك
