Designed for students seeking practical experience aligned with their academic studies.
General Provisions
- The programme duration depends on the university requirements.
- The Internship is unpaid and will be arranged in coordination with ADGM’s divisions/department’s needs.
- Interns will be responsible for their own residential accommodation and transportation costs.
- No guaranteed employment should be expected at the end of the programme.
Eligibility:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Demonstrates strong self-motivation, drive, and work ethic.
- Must be fluent in English.
Work-Placement Programme
Designed for university graduates ready to immerse themselves in a professional environment.
General Provisions
- Programme duration is between 1 to 6 months.
- Selected candidates will be responsible for their own residential accommodation and transportation costs.
- Programme participants are expected to work as per official regular working hours.
- Selected candidates will be eligible for a monthly stipend.
- No guaranteed employment should be expected at the end of the programme.
Eligibility:
- Must be a university graduate with a minimum GPA of 3 (providing a proof of graduation along with the CV);
- Must be fluent in English.
- Demonstrates strong self-motivation and drive.

Five Years. Over 100 Inspired Minds
The ADGM Summer Internship Programme is an annual immersive two-week experience that transforms the first half of August into a launchpad for young innovators aged 12 to 19. The programme bridges the gap between school and the professional world with the aim to build financial literacy, drive innovation, and empower the leaders of tomorrow.
Hosted at the ADGM Academy on Al Maryah Island, the programme returns in August 2026 for a landmark fifth year, welcoming the largest and most energetic group yet.
