FINSCHIA DLT FOUNDATION (“the Foundation”), a foundation formed and
registered under the laws of the Abhu Dhabi Global Market, with registered
number – 15682, was put into Voluntary Liquidation on 02 April 2026 by
a special resolution passed by the Founder of the Foundation executed on
02 April 2026.
