Temporary Permits
Please read the latest ADGM Registration Authority Circular No 6 of 2020 regarding temporary restrictions on holding events in Al Maryah Island in March and April.
Third parties and ADGM registered retail entities who are interested in having a temporary promotional stand, kiosk or food carts on Al Maryah Island must file an application for a temporary permits with ADGM, prior to commencing operations.
Entities must obtain a ‘No Objection Certificate’ from Al Maryah Retail Company or other relevant authorities which should be submitted together with the application form and any other requested documents.
To apply for a temporary permit, visit ADGM’s Online Registry Solution and follow the steps below.
Create an account or login if you are an existing user.
Select Online Services > Companies > Registration > Application for Temporary Permits.
Provide the details of the event and proposed activities.
Upload a copy of the NOC and commercial licence of the applicant.
Complete the applicant’s details and select Next Step.
Review the information, provide the declaration and select Proceed to Payment.
Your application will be processed and once approved, a system generated permit will be issued.
