FSRA publishes amendments to the Common Reporting Standard Regulations
ADGM FSRA 25/06/2020
In consultation with the UAE Ministry of Finance, the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) has announced the enactment of amendments to the ADGM’s Common Reporting Standard Regulations 2017. The amendments are aligned with international standards and include two new sanctions, one on Account Holders or Controlling Persons, and the other on Reporting Financial Institutions.
The amended version of the Regulations is publicly available and has been uploaded to the FSRA’s website: Common Reporting Standard Regulations (Amendment).
