    Additional Draft ADGM Courts’ Rules Undergo Open Market Consultation

    Abu Dhabi Global Market Courts (“ADGM Courts”), today announced that it has published further draft ADGM Courts Rules for open market consultation. The draft Rules cover judicial conduct and complaints made against judicial officers, as well as draft Rules concerning offers to settle in civil and commercial proceedings.

    The 30 day public consultation period will end on Thursday, 26 November. The Consultation Paper is now available at here. ADGM invites market participants and all interested parties to send their comments on these draft ADGM Courts Rules to its email at consultation@adgm.com

    ADGM recently announced the appointment of The Right Honourable Lord David Hope of Craighead as Chief Justice of Abu Dhabi Global Market Courts and Linda Fitz-Alan as its Registrar.
