    The Practice Directions prescribe the forms to be used for ADGM Courts. Parties and their legal representatives must refer to the relevant Practice Direction when seeking to lodge any particular document with ADGM Courts.     Applications

    The Practice Directions prescribe the application forms to be used for ADGM Courts. These application forms are to be distinguished from ADGM Courts’ Forms, which are to be used when filing prescribed documents for claims before the court. Parties and their legal representatives must refer to the relevant Practice Direction when seeking to lodge or file any particular document with ADGM Courts.

    Fees

    On 16 May 2016 the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Global Market determined the fees of ADGM Courts pursuant to Article (6)(14) of Abu Dhabi Law No. (4) of 2013.

    On 7 March 2018 the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Global Market resolved to revise the fees of ADGM Courts pursuant to Article (6)(14) of Abu Dhabi Law No. (4) of 2013.

    On 26 June 2018 the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Global Market resolved to revise the fees of ADGM Courts pursuant to Article (6)(14) of Abu Dhabi Law No. (4) of 2013.
