Financial Services Regulatory Authority
ADGM believes that a fair, efficient and transparent marketplace is fundamental in meeting the dynamic and growing needs of the Abu Dhabi economy and global markets. ADGM’s Financial Services Regulatory Authority was established to advocate a progressive financial services environment and uphold the integrity of the whole international financial centre by managing any potential risks exposure and undesirable impact.

Registration Authority
As one of the core pillars of ADGM, the Registrar's main functions under companies and commercial licensing regulations include registration of ADGM establishments; registration of business names and maintenance of register; registration of post-incorporation documentation; registration of changes in business name particulars; registration of changes in directors, officers, shareholders and share capital; enforcement of ADGM companies regulations, cancellation of commercial licences, prosecution and strike off; and dissolution or restoration of ADGM establishments.
ADGM Authority
ADGM Authority was established in 2021 following approval by ADGM's Board of Directors. It is mandated to facilitate the achievement of ADGM's vision to be one of the leading international financial centres on a global scale. The Authority brings together strategic and support functions to ensure the continued provision of best-in-class services that continue to enable the development of ADGM as a whole.
