Panel
Mediation is a private form of dispute resolution that provides parties with autonomy to confidentially explore ways to settle their disputes.
Since the 2020 signing of the United Nations Convention on International Settlement Agreements resulting from Mediation (the Singapore Convention), mediation has emerged as a viable and effective alternative to litigation and arbitration in resolving cross-border disputes. The Singapore Convention enables enforcement of mediated settlement agreements among its signatories, which is a significant development in the recognition of mediation as an effective means of dispute resolution.
To assist parties wishing to engage in mediation for a settlement of their dispute, the ADGM Arbitration Centre has established a panel of accredited and
experienced mediators of the highest professional standing.

Inclusion on the panel is by invitation from the ADGM Arbitration Centre or upon application. Persons wishing to
be considered for inclusion on the panel are required to complete an application form and email it to
enquiry@adgmac.com. Inclusion on the panel is at the sole discretion of the ADGM Arbitration Centre.
The closing date for the next round of applications for possible inclusion on the panel will be 1 September 2024.
